Fenwick is a lineal, metal type with unusual proportions. The almost sinuous curves of the numerals revive their inherent Arabian roots and the italic’s line thickness was amended by eye so as not appear too mechanical. It retains readability at every size and its curve appeal makes it suitable for many projects.
The Fenwick family of seven fonts has three weights; light, regular and bold, all available in italics. Fenwick Olden is a display font with an engraved effect limited to upper case but it has all the other features of Fenwick.
Fenwick is outstanding anywhere you want to convey the feeling of the early 20th century. It is outstanding on posters, banners, print work, signage, greeting cards, book jackets, CDs and in scrapbooks.
